From 2015 to 2023 the Seminary's mission of providing quality education and formation for the students in its degree programs, the following has been observed in graduates finding employment in ministry positions soon after graduation.

Placement of Seminarians graduating with the MDiv Advanced in pastoral ministry assignments is 100%.
