Conference Services

St. Peter’s Seminary is blessed with beautiful grounds, numerous facilities that can be used by various groups, and a highly qualified and esteemed faculty who is eager to share their expertise in various disciplines of theology and philosophy with the Catholic Church throughout Canada.  Please refer to the links on this page to discover the wealth of history of our diocesan seminary that is now into its second century, and the various services that are available to the wider Church here at St. Peter’s Seminary.

A private facility available for hosting Diocesan meetings and conferences, we are certain our qualified staff will provide great food in a unique environment.

Meeting Rooms and Overnight Accommodation for the Diocese

John Michael Sherlock Auditorium: Traditional auditorium with a stage. Bright room with large windows, air-conditioned. Maximum seating 120, theatre style. Room size: 48’ X 35’.  Internet access.  Includes an audio-video system.

Library Conference Room: Excellent meeting space with a conference table. Seating for 10. Air-conditioned. Room size: 18’ X 17’

Classrooms: Standard classroom design with bright oversize windows.  Seating capacities from 16 to 52.

Parlours St. Rose & St. Francis: Lounge setting, perfect for break-out sessions, and casual meetings.  Seating for 8 to 12.

Dining Facilities: Pleasant dining facilities for small gatherings to large groups.

Food and Beverage:

St. Peter’s Seminary caters all food and beverage services.

Arrangements for the serving of food and/or beverages must be made through the Food and Conference Services Manager.

*PLEASE NOTE: At this time, our conference services are available only to groups related to the Diocese of London.

Events such as weddings, baptisms and confirmations, and related photo opportunities for these events, are not permitted in the St. Thomas Aquinas Chapel or on the Seminary grounds.  This is out of respect and privacy for our resident priests and seminarians in their formation studies.
