Recognition

Friends of St. Peter's Seminary

Honours annual gifts to the Seminary in the range of $25 to $499. Friends receive a copy of "Illuminations" and special communications on Seminary events, and are remembered  in weekly prayers. Friends who contribute for five successive years will receive a commemorative pin. Friends' names (not gift amounts) will be recorded in the annual donor recognition book displayed outside the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas.

Msgr. Forristal Circle

Honours annual gifts to the Seminary in the range of $500 to $1911. Named after the much-beloved and longest serving member of the faculty in Seminary history (47 years), Msgr. Leonard M.Forristal, members receive a blessed St. Peter's candle, in addition to the benefits of the Friends circle. Members who contribute for five successive years will receive a commemorative plaque.

Bishop Fallon Circle

Honours annual gifts to the Seminary in the range of $1912 or more. Named after the Seminary's visionary founder, Most Rev. Michael Francis Fallon who first opened the doors to the Seminary in 1912, members also receive an invitation to an annual breakfast hosted by the Rector. Members who contribute for five successive years will receive a copy of the history of the Seminary written for the centenary in 2012.

Dabo Vobis Circle

Honours legacy gifts to the Seminary in the form of bequests, and endowed or named designated gifts valued at $5000 or more. This recognition circle recalls the passage from Jeremiah enshrined in St. Peter's Seminary motto: "I will give you [Dabo vobis] shepherds after my own heart..." (Jeremiah 3.15). Members or family representatives are invited to an annual mass and reception at the Seminary.
