Gifts-in-Kind can be an important way of providing specific equipment or other goods to St. Peter's Seminary.  We would ask that you contact us directly to ensure that the items are needed and that a gift-in-kind would be an appropriate method of meeting that need.

 

We do ask that gifts-in-kind of equipment and furnishings be new for the purpose of providing an accurate valuation of the gift. 

 

Library or archival items must not duplicate current holdings and must be approved by the Seminary's Chief Librarian.

 

All gifts-in-kind require a valuation before a charitable receipt can be issued.  In some cases, we ask the donor to provide a cash contribution to cover the valuation costs of any item they donate.
