Team Development
Description
This interactive one day workshop is structured to educate, and support:
- established teams seeking team building experiences
- assisting teams in understanding conflict management / resolution
- newly formed teams and staff through the transitional experience of pastoral moves. Each parish or chaplaincy team will work in their respective teams to address the various discussion topics within the context of their own experience.
