Orientation to Ministry
Description
Intended for those who are newly hired or appointed to ministry in the Diocese of London. Building on initial orientation, this workshop is designed to increase participants' understanding of diocesan culture, personnel polices and risk management practices.
The two day workshop includes instruction on:
- Diocese of London Personnel Policy Manual
- Diocesan Pastoral Plan
- Called, Gifted, Sent
- Collaborative / Co-responsible Ministry
- Safe Environment Policy (Sexual Harassment Policy)
