Find it at … A. P. MAHONEY LIBRARY during Theological Libraries Month
October is Theological Libraries Month.
Four years ago the American Theological Library Association (ATLA) launched TLM to highlight the vital role libraries play in theological education and to advance the value of theological libraries and library services to faculty, administrators, staff and students.
In Canada it is also Canadian Library Month. Governor General Michaëlle Jean described libraries as “places of encounters and cultural exchange; places of learning that offer leading edge technology to meet the needs of members and the demands of the time.”
A wealth of resources is waiting to be discovered in the A.P. Mahoney Library. Library staff can help you locate the treasures of the print collection or provide expert guidance through the digital resources available via the library’s website. A good place to begin may be our online list of recent book purchases. Whether you are researching a paper, preparing a homily, or looking for spiritual nourishment you’ll find inspiration here.
