How is F.i.R.M. integrated into seminary formation?

There are endless ways for F.i.R.M. to be integrated into formation at St. Peter’s and they include lively classroom discussions, in confidence with one’s spiritual director, in counselling with the Human Formation Counsellor, through conferences with guest speakers, during informal discussions with peers, or explored in one’s theological reflections and self-assessments required during times of discernment.

Integration plans and formats will vary for the faculty and formation members at the seminary. Each has assumed responsibility for understanding and accessing the F.i.R.M. material in such a way that it may be woven into the formal and informal processes at the seminary such as a current course curriculum or to form the basis for a newly developed conference.
